The quality of the cleaning was outstanding, the price was good, and he was very responsive. He said the machine is the best you can get in the industry and I believe it. My parents rug had not been cleaned in 25 years and was badly soiled with dirty paths. The machine he used cleaned the majority of it out and I no longer have to worry about replacing it. The change was impressive. I can't recommend him highly enough. He's great.
